Short of a soprano or a bass trombone? Stop dropping pieces.
Pick a piece you've had to drop because you're short of players. We'll rearrange it for the band you actually have, so every important line is still covered.
Keep an eye on your inbox. We'll be in touch within a week.
- Free during the trial
- No card, no obligation
- Checked by hand before it’s sent
Hello, I'm Ivan Svetunkov. I'm building Tempered Arranger. Every arrangement in this trial starts from software I've written, and I check each one myself before it goes out.
I'm not a big publisher. I'm trying to find out what bands actually need, so every request helps, even the ones I can't take on yet.
How it works
- 1Pick a pieceOne you’d play with a full band: a hymn, a march, a classic. Public-domain music during the trial.
- 2Tell us who’s missingTick the parts you can’t cover. It takes thirty seconds.
- 3Get it rearrangedIf we take it on, within two weeks you get a score for the players you have, as PDF and MusicXML.
Questions
Is this a real service?
It’s a trial. We’re testing what bands need before launching properly. Every request is read, we arrange as many as we can for free, and we email you either way.
Will it cost anything?
Nothing during the trial. When we launch it as a paid service, you’ll see the price before you request anything.
What exactly do you do?
You choose a piece and tell us which players you’re short of. We rearrange it so the important lines move to the players you do have, and nothing sounds missing.
Which pieces can you arrange?
During the trial, pieces in the public domain: hymns, traditional tunes, marches and classical works. Requests for music still in copyright are logged, so please tell us about them anyway. We can also arrange pieces that have never existed for brass band.
Will it be playable?
Every arrangement is checked by hand before it’s sent. If something doesn’t work in rehearsal, tell us and we’ll fix it.
What do we receive?
A full score and parts as PDF, plus a MusicXML file that opens in MuseScore, Sibelius, Dorico and similar programs, so you can adjust anything.
How is it made?
Each arrangement starts from Syntonic Labs’ own arranging engine, built for this job, and is then finished and checked by hand.
